Let’s talk about super foods, vitality and LIFE
Holistic Chef Frank Giglio
shares a RICH, candid and inspiring hour with us as he addresses the topics of extraordinary vitality through food preparation, various “diets,” running, following our passion, exploring and creating the life that works for us. Have a pen and paper handy for a super duper recipe, too!

Let’s talk about … feeding our community with “A Box of Good”
“As a farmer, I need to be a full-time lobbyist for common sense.”Tristan Klesick, owner of Klesick Family Farms, joins me to talk about his “Box of Good” and the magic of providing the community with real food, grown by real people. From personal experience, I know that this is an important (and delicious) topic.

Let’s talk about … starting from scratch
During her 33d week of pregnancy, “radio star” Laurie Michaels was found to have a 25mm aneurysm on her brain stem (8mm being considered massive). Since that day, she has had 11 brain surgeries and more ups and downs that seem possible. And yet, having started from scratch, Laurie meets us to talk with us about hope, about love and about LIFE.

Let’s talk about … “Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy”
Dr JoAnna Forwell joins me for this episode talk about something I have heard a lot about lately. PRP Therapy offers a promising solution to accelerate healing of tendon injuries and osteoarthritis naturally without subjecting the patient to significant risk. This sounds important and I want to know more.

Let’s talk about … being a breast cancer husband
Marc Silver joins me to talk about an important role that is often overlooked and possibly even not often acknowledged. Marc says: “When Marsha was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001, I wished I had a book to guide me through the difficult months ahead, because I had no clue what to do.” So … he wrote the book.

Let’s talk about … healing our bodies with live, raw food!
Joe Farinaccio calls himself “The Living Food Reporter” and he joins us for this episode, ready to share stories of hope and healing, using simple, real and live food.

Let’s talk about … healthy chickens, educated consumers and happy farmers
After watching the movie “Food, Inc.”  asked Joel Salatin (he is the charismatic, hat-wearing farmer who processes his chickens in the outdoors) to come talk with me for a bit. What a great show it was! Be sure and listen to the second half too, as Joel shares detailed instructions about how to make a living a just a little bit of land (and not necessarily YOUR land!)

Let’s talk about … some seriously great health care!
Pamela Wible caught my eye as I read her interview in Sun Magazine. Sharing an hour with her was a delight and an injection of inspiration. Tune in for a rich brew of excitement, compassion, legacy, passion, creativity, activism and a recipe for a life well lived.

Let’s talk about … the complexities of depression
My friend Ed shared candidly his personal and professional experience with depression. He spoke of the shame, of the isolation AND he spoke of the light on the other side.

Let’s talk (some more) about … feeling great and getting younger!
Following our earlier episode, Joan Miller came back to share with us more of her knowledge about microorganisms and the magical power of alkalizing our bodies. Lots of important info and a perfect reminder for a stuffy-nosed host!

Let’s talk about … getting younger!
My wonderful  friend Joan Miller shared with us some of her knowledge about healthfulness (is that a word?) and rejuvenation. As is often the case when she and I get together, I soon realized that an hour would not be enough and asked her to join us again in a few weeks. Lucky us: she said she would. I told you she was wonderful.
