The distinction between Essence and Form is one of the most powerful and useful distinctions I have encountered.

It is a distinction that gives us the ability to create a life that truly fulfills us, one authentic decision at a time. It is a distinction which, once we understand it and know how to use it, allows us to know what someone else really wants, also.

It is a distinction which will change the way you work, the way you play and the way you live.

Is it difficult? No. In fact, it is very simple. And the good news is that it is very easy, too.

Because it is one decision at a time, one tiny and fully authentic decision at a time that we build a fully authentic life.

save time, money and energy as you only pursue goals that are sure to fulfill you

Essence vs Form can be used every day

In your work choosing a new career, making important decisions, selling, creating, connecting with your customers/patients/students/co workers

In your personal life marriage, dating, eating, exercising, playing, friendships, transitions

In your family life with your parents, your children, your siblings
