Let’s talk about Premonitions and Science
Dr Larry Dossey
is the former chief of staff of the Medical City Dallas Hospital, a best selling author and and an authority on the connection between our bodies and our minds. He joined me for the most wonderful hour of exploring the fascinating and important realm of premonitions and discussing his latest book:”The Power of Premonitions.”

Let’s talk business with Peter Bregman
Peter Bregman’s
writing always strikes a chord in me. He shares his wisdom about business and management (ie: about people) by using personal stories that leaves us with new tools and a context in which to use them. Peter is the author of Point B: A Short Guide to Leading a Big Change, and writes a weekly column, How We Work, for HarvardBusiness.org. He also advises CEOs and  has based his work on the notion that an organization, at its core, is a platform for talent. By unleashing that talent, focusing it on business results, and aligning it with a compelling vision, both the individual and the organization thrive.

Let’s talk with … the coolest nun I know
Sister Karol Jackowski
reminds me of the best form I know for the essence of joy. I have been smitten with her writing for decades now and spending an hour with her on the air rocked my world. From the paradox of the freedom and empowerment of life as a nun to hearing her talk about reincarnation (yes, she IS a Catholic nun) with so much richness in between – not to mention LOVE – this episode has left me a better person with a huge desire to jump on an airplane to New York city and go continue the conversation around a pot of tea.

Let’s talk about … clutter and “a house that cleans itself!”
Don Aslett
is a best selling author, clutter guru and house cleaning king. He joins us today to talk about important things such as losing 200# in one weekend and designing your home so that it cleans itself (I REALLY like that idea!). Don’t miss it!

Let’s talk about … sex and creativity!
Corbin Lewars
is a fantastic (and very funny) writer. This is in addition to being a mom, a writing mentor and very much a woman. She joins me to tackle two major subjects and well, I know this is going to be good.

Let’s talk about healing and “Cosmic Numerology.”
Author Michael Brill “The Awakener” was an amazing guest as he managed to educate us about his art/science while taking call after call of people wanting him to read their numbers. Tons of fun and lots to ponder. Even a short reading about the movie Groundhog Day!

Let’s talk about … escaping from the Amazon!
Ready for some excitement? Want a shot of wisdom? Best selling author Yossi Ghinsberg joins us from his native Israel to tell us about his story of survival and the lessons that were gifted to him from those harrowing days spent in the Bolivian jungle. I can’t wait.

Let’s talk about … writing and publishing YOUR book!
Hardly a week goes by without one of my clients telling me that he or she wants to write a book. To answer all of the questions that go along with that dream, requires an expert – and this is why I have asked Crystal Stranaghan to come talk with me for an hour. Crystal is the author of 6 published picture books for children, 3 upcoming non-fiction titles for adults, and has worked as a publisher, editor, book designer, publishing consultant and creative writing mentor on numerous projects. So… we’re in good hands!

Let’s talk about … being a breast cancer husband.”
Marc Silver
joins me to talk about an important role that is often overlooked and possibly even not often acknowledged. Marc says: “When Marsha was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001, I wished I had a book to guide me through the difficult months ahead, because I had no clue what to do.” So … he wrote the book.

Let’s talk about … daring to Change – with a capital C!
Best selling author Jenny Boylan knows a thing or two about daring to CHANGE. Born James Boylan, she finally was able to face the potential loss of her career, friendships and even her marriage in order to be true to herself and become a woman.
In her book She’s Not There – a life in two genders, Jenny says that  as professor James Boylan, “I used to stand at the lectern in my coat and tie, waving my glasses around, urging students to find the courage to become themselves. Then I’d go back to the office and lock the door and put my head down on the desk.” In addition to talking about her story (AND singing a short duet of The Zombies song “She’s not There”), we will also talked about Jenny’s brand new book “Falcon Quinn” which – in Jenny’s own words – “is about kids turning into “monsters,” and the high price of accepting ourselves.  And the price of not accepting ourselves, which is more.” ‘Twas good.

Let’s talk about …walking the line(s) with John Carter Cash!
John Carter Cash
joined me to talk about … many things. From growing up with his ultra famous parents, music, LOVE, addiction, “the movie” (as well as what happens after the movie) and finally finding his own way  – including his very new book Daddy Loves his Little Girl – which we were lucky enough to have him read to us.

Let’s talk about … healing our bodies with live, raw food!
Joe Farinaccio
calls himself “The Living Food Reporter” and he joins us for this episode, ready to share stories of hope and healing, using simple, real and live food. I got myself a Vitamix within minutes of ending the call.

Let’s talk about … focus and paying attention!
Something strange is happening to us: between the ping of an email and the venerated art of multi tasking, we are becoming less and less able to pay attention. This has a myriad of consequences both on our private lives and on our essence as a group. Maggie Jackson, journalist and award-winning author of Distracted, shares an hour with us and explores the possibility of a “renaissance of attention” so that we may “recover the ability to pause, focus, connect, judge, and enter deeply into relationships and idea.” Join me for this episode – and please turn off your phone and your email as you do so!

Let’s talk about … healthy chickens, educated consumers and happy farmers !
After watching the movie “Food, Inc.” I asked Joel Salatin (he is the charismatic, hat-wearing farmer who processes his chickens in the outdoors) to come talk with me for a bit. What a great show it was! Be sure and listen to the second half too, as Joel shares detailed instructions about how to make a living a just a little bit of land (and not necessarily YOUR land!)

Let’s talk about … some seriously great health care!
Pamela Wible
caught my eye as I read her interview in Sun Magazine. Sharing an hour with her was a delight and an injection of inspiration. Tune in for a rich brew of excitement, compassion, legacy, passion, creativity, activism and a recipe for a life well lived.

Let’s talk…with Barbara Sher!
Considering that I sent Barbara an email, years ago, thanking her for having licked my butt (yep, the “K” is that close to the “L” on my keyboard), it was really great of her to agree to join me on this show. And oh boy, did an hour go by fast! There is not much I could say that would do justice to how cool Barbara is. Just listen … (Oh, and who would have guessed that the Success Teams started by trying to land some guy a date?)

Let’s talk about … horses as our teachers!
A rich hour spent with Connie Funk and talking about her special relationship with horses – and all of our relationship with life! I was fascinated by what I learned regarding the different roles of the females within a wild herd. I am pretty sure we weren’t just talking about horses, here …
